Our place is over in Reoral. Mouda Sangharsh Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Smt Chandrabai Yashwant Pandere’s spot. It is where we all gather to talk about the farm work. There are quite a few women involved in this because things are tough for small farmers right now. We named it Sangharsh because it is a bit of a struggle to keep everything going. We grow what we can in the local soil. The weather is always changing, so we have to stay together to figure out what to plant. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the records and meet up after the day's work is done. You can find us in Reoral if you are looking. Being a mahila company means the women are taking charge of the business side of things. We share the equipment and try to buy stuff in bulk to save a few rupees. It is hard work, and my hands are usually dirty from the field, but we keep at it. It is just how life is here in the village. We focus on the daily chores and making sure everyone gets a fair deal. No big promises, just farmers working together in our little corner of Mouda. We just want to keep the farms running for our families and make sure the harvest is decent for everyone involved.
