M.F.H.S. Mills Private Limited

M.F.H.S. Mills is based at Plot No. 10 in Utkarsh Gnssawasthi Nagar. It’s a busy little area. The mill is where we spend all our time. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the hum of the machinery in the background. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but you get used to it. We aren't a huge corporation. It's just a few of us making sure the milling happens correctly. We’ve been at Plot 10 for a good while. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses. We share a tea stall nearby. Awasthi Nagar has its own rhythm. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high. By noon, the place is buzzing. We have to keep an eye on the machines constantly. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves mostly. No fancy technicians coming in from the city. It’s practical work. My uncle used to say that a mill is like a living thing, you have to look after it. We don't have any big slogans. We just process what comes in. The paperwork is a bit of a headache, especially with all the new regulations. But we manage. We’re just local people doing our jobs. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. Maharashtra weather doesn't make it easier, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving. The machines are old but they still work okay. We have a small shed for the workers to sit in during their breaks. Awasthi Nagar can be quite dusty in the summer months.
