Mahanand Dairy

Mahanand Dairy is located over at B/11/1 in the Hingana Midc area. Being situated in a big industrial zone means it is all about the work here. There aren’t many trees or parks to look at, just lots of other industrial units and trucks moving in and out of the gates. We spend most of our time managing the daily dairy production and making sure all the machinery is running exactly like it should. It gets pretty loud on the main floor with all the glass bottles and plastic crates clinking together all day. We definitely don't have a polished front office for visitors. If you happen to walk in, you will probably see someone wearing heavy boots and a work jacket long before you see anyone sitting at a desk. We have a small break room in the back where we eat our lunch and talk. It is a very straightforward operation. We don’t use a lot of big corporate words or have long meetings that don’t really go anywhere. We just see what needs to be done each morning and we go ahead and do it. The floors are usually a bit wet from being washed down constantly, and there is always a little bit of steam hanging in the air from the cleaning process. We have been here in Hingana for a good while now, so we have seen the area grow, but our routine stays mostly the same. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the flashiest.
