We are located in Flat No 002 of Wing-G at Paradise Hills in Hingna. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential-style complex, but it suits us for the roasting work we do. Being in Nagpur means it gets quite warm, so we have to be careful with how we store the coffee beans. We focus on the roasting process, which fills the area with a pretty strong smell that we’ve all grown used to. The address in Hingna is a bit away from the center of town, so it’s usually quieter, allowing us to just focus on the roast. We don't have a storefront where you can come in and sit down; it’s more about the production side of things. Most of our day is spent watching the machines and making sure the timing is right. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It’s just coffee, and we try to roast it properly. Sometimes we run into issues with the power or the machines, like any other small business, and we just fix it and keep going. It’s a small team here in Paradise Hills. We take our time with each batch because that’s the only way to do it. No big corporate meetings here, just a lot of checking bags and keeping the space organized. It is hard work but we enjoy the smell of the beans every morning when we start the grinders.
