We have been based out here at the Korade Expansion Projects for a while now. Most days, we are busy dealing with the technical side of L&T-Mhi Boilers Pvt. Ltd. and making sure everything runs like it should on the site. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather gets rough or parts don't show up on time, but that is just part of being in this district. People around here know where we are, even if the address is just listed as the expansion project area. We have a small crew on the ground mostly. We deal with the boilers and the big machinery that goes into these power projects. It gets loud and dusty, but that’s the nature of the job. Some of us have been working on these units for years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home at a decent hour. If you are looking for the site office, just follow the main road into the Korade Expansion Projects area. It is hard to miss the big structures we are working on. We just stay busy with the day-to-day operations and keep things moving. The guys usually take their lunch breaks under the shade of the site sheds because the sun gets quite strong out here. It’s a life focused on construction and engineering. We don't worry about much else besides the job.
