L H Manwani

My place is in Flat Number-413 over at the Laxmi Vaibhav Apartment. It’s right there at Lakshmi Nagar Square on SA Road. It’s a residential building, but we use this unit for the business of L H Manwani. Being on the fourth floor, it’s a bit quieter than the street level, though you still hear the horns from the square down below. It’s a basic office setup with some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of filing cabinets. We deal with various paperwork and client meetings throughout the week. The building has an elevator, but sometimes it’s quicker to just take the stairs if you’re only going up a few floors. Neighbors in the apartment block are used to people coming in and out for our office. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the number on the door. It’s a practical way to work without the high costs of a main-road shop. We make our own tea in the small kitchen area and spend most of the day going through documents or answering the phone. The light in the afternoon is quite good through the windows. It’s not a fancy corporate space, just a functional room where we get our work done. Most people who come here are regulars who have been dealing with us for a long time. It suits us just fine for the kind of tasks we handle on a daily basis.
