Krishikarman Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of Nagpur, specifically in the Sanjay Gandhi Nagar area. We are located at the house of Shri Pralhad Baliramji Mane. It is a regular neighborhood where kids play in the street and everyone knows their neighbors. We aren't a big corporate entity with a skyscraper. We are just a group of people who decided to come together to manage our farming interests better. Nagpur gets very hot in the summer, as everyone knows, and our work often feels the heat too. We spend a lot of time discussing how to handle the crops and the markets. Pralhad's place serves as our main hub where we gather to sort through the paperwork and plan for the next season. It’s a very local operation. We don't use any marketing jargon because that doesn't help anyone grow better produce. We just focus on the basics of what a farmer producer company needs to do. Most of us have been around farming our whole lives, so it’s not something we had to learn from a book. It’s just what we do.
