We are tucked away on the second floor of Sulbha Nivas. It’s on Subhash Road in the Ganesh Peth area of Nagpur. Since it isn’t a ground floor shop, you have to walk up the stairs to find us. The building is older and a bit worn, but it serves us well enough for the work we do. We mainly focus on organizing tours for groups and families who want to travel. It involves a lot of coordination with different hotels and transport providers. Most of our day is spent on the mobile or sending messages back and forth. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just our name on the door. The office is actually quite quiet compared to the noisy street down below. We like it that way because it helps us concentrate on the small details of the bookings. Sometimes things go wrong with a hotel or a bus, and we have to fix it fast. That is just part of the travel business. We have been working out of this same spot for a few years now. It is a central location, so it is easy for us to get around the city when we need to. We are not a big corporation, just a small team trying to make a decent living. We know the local routes and the places people like to visit most.
