Kondhali Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is run from Balkisan Kalbande’s house, number 488, in the village of Kondhali. We are just a small group of farmers from this area who wanted to join forces. Kondhali is our home, and we know every corner of these fields. Being a farmer producer company means we can buy our seeds and fertilizers together, which saves us a bit of money. We don't have any fancy talk or big promises. We are just trying to survive and maybe thrive a little bit. The meetings happen at house 488, usually in the evenings when the work in the fields is done. We talk about what is growing well and who needs help with their harvest. It is a very community-focused thing. We don't have any polished advertisements. Our reputation comes from the quality of the grains and vegetables we produce. The village life is simple, and we try to keep the business side of things simple too. It is about helping each other out and making sure the Kondhali farmers aren't left behind. We are just regular folks doing the best we can with what we have got, and we are happy to be working for ourselves for a change. There is a lot of pride in seeing our own name on the bags of produce we send out. It feels like we are finally doing something for our own future.
