KM Farms Private Limited is situated in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No.411, Rai Ashiyana. Our office is on the first floor in room F110 in the Motibag area. It might seem a bit odd for a farming company to be in a city office, but this is where all the planning and paperwork happens. We aren't out in the fields every day; we spend more time managing the business side of things. Nagpur is a busy hub, and being in Motibag helps us stay in touch with our suppliers and the markets. The office is pretty basic with just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files piled up. We handle the logistical side of agriculture, making sure everything moves from the farm to where it needs to go. It’s a private company, so there’s always a lot of accounting and legal stuff to keep track of. It can get a bit stressful during the harvest months when everything is happening at once, but we've got a good routine down. We don't have a big marketing strategy or a polished image.
