Kapil Kirana & Genral Store

My name is Kapil and we run the Kapil Kirana & Genral Store. Our shop is sitting at House No-4 in the Mahal area of Nagpur. Specifically, we are at Badkas Chowk. If you know where the Sangh Building is, we are right near there. It is a very old part of the city with narrow streets and lots of history. We sell groceries and all kinds of general items. People come in for their pulses, rice, soaps, and snacks. Nagpur gets very warm in the summer, so the shop is a good place to hide from the sun for a little bit while you shop. We have been at this address for quite a long time now. It is a small shop, not one of those big modern supermarkets you see nowadays. We know most of our customers by their names because they live right here. Sometimes we run out of things if the truck is late, but we try to restock as fast as we can. The street outside is always full of people and scooters passing by. It is a very lively place to spend the day. We don't do anything fancy, just sell what people need for their kitchens and homes. Mahal is a crowded area, so parking is a bit hard sometimes. We open early to catch the morning crowd. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy every day in Nagpur.
