We’ve been working out of S.NO. 43 in Kamthee for a while now. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city of Nagpur, but we like it here. Most mornings start early because the tea business doesn’t really wait for anyone. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is moving like it should. It gets pretty hot in Nagpur during the summer months, and that definitely affects how we plan our day at the facility. We aren't a giant corporation with fancy glass offices; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning, and we just focus on the task at hand. Dealing with tea involves a lot of logistics and manual checking of bags. We don't have a big marketing team writing things for us, just the folks who work here every day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, and other times we are all out on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. We just handle the processing and the distribution from this spot in Kamthee. You might see our trucks moving around the district if you’re out that way. It’s just regular work for us. Nothing too complicated, just making sure the tea gets where it needs to go without too much fuss.
