Ingole Agronomics Producer Company Limited is located at Plot Number 7 in the Shahu Layout. This is over in the Shivaji Colony part of Hudkeshwar, Nagpur. Narayan Parasramji Ingole is the one whose place we use. It's a busy part of the city, but we’re focused on what’s happening out in the rural areas. We are basically a group that helps manage how we farm and sell things. Nagpur is known for its heat, and we definitely feel it here. Our setup isn't fancy. It's a simple office in a residential layout. We have stacks of papers and maybe a few samples of what we’re growing lying around. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm. We’re just trying to get better results for the people who work with us. Most of us have been around farming our whole lives. We talk more about soil and weather than we do about business strategies. It’s just how we are. Some days we have a lot of people coming in and out, and it gets a bit loud. Other days it’s quiet and we just catch up on the logs. We wanted to have a proper name to our group, so here we are. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things don't fall apart. It's our way of sticking together in the city. We just take it day by day and hope for rain.
