Hotel Chidambara International

Our place is situated on Amravati Road in Nagpur, specifically in the Telengkhedi Layout. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always something happening outside. You can find us through Ms. Noori Khan at the Mangal Chand Bagdi office at Plot No. 3, which is where we manage the Hotel Chidambara International business. It is not a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms, which makes it easier for us to keep track of everyone. We see a lot of people traveling for work or visiting families in the neighborhood. The office where we handle the check-ins is tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. We don't have a big fancy lobby with fountains or anything like that. It's just a functional space where we get things done. Most of the furniture is stuff we have had for years, but it's comfortable. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who stay with us every time they are in town. It’s more about the people than the building itself. The traffic on Amravati Road can be a bit much during rush hour, but once you get inside, it’s much quieter. We manage everything ourselves, from the laundry to the billing. There’s no corporate headquarters telling us what to do. We just try to keep the place clean and make sure the guests have what they need for the night. It's a very local, hands-on way of doing things here.
