You can find us at Hingangaon in the Georai Taluka of Beed district. We operate from Shri Badam Sahebrao Jadhav’s place. It is a quiet area most of the time, except when it is time to bring in the crops. We are a small group of farmers who wanted to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing alone. It makes sense when you think about how much work it is to handle everything from seeds to selling. We have seen a lot of changes in the weather here over the years, and it keeps us on our toes. We don't really have a big staff, just a few local people who know how to get things done. Mostly, we are focused on the day-to-day stuff that needs to happen on the farms. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting in person to figure out the logistics. It is not a polished business by any means. There is usually some mud on the floor and a lot of talking going on. We just try to be honest and do right by the people we work with. Hingangaon Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically just a way for us to stay connected and keep the local farming community strong. We aren't looking to become some giant company, just to keep things moving here in Georai for everyone involved. It's a simple life and we like it that way.
