Hindustan Stores

Hindustan Stores is an old-fashioned kind of place located on Bhandara Road in the Itwari area. Itwari is one of the busiest parts of Nagpur, and our store has been around for a long time. We don't have the big glass windows or the air conditioning of the newer shops. It’s more of a traditional store where we keep a wide variety of general items. Bhandara Road is always packed with people, cycles, and rickshaws, so it’s never quiet around here. We have everything from spices to daily household needs piled up on the shelves. You might have to ask us where something is because we have so much stuff tucked away in different corners. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know where every single item is kept. The wooden counters have been here for years and they show some wear and tear, but they do the job. We get customers from all over the city because Itwari is a big trading hub. It can get very hot in the summer months, but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We aren't big on advertising; people usually find us by word of mouth or just by walking past on Bhandara Road. It’s a busy, dusty, and lively place to work, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is a family thing and we take pride in being here through so many changes.
