We are located in Flat No. 504 of the Kalpataru Apartment, which is building number 47 on Bhandra Road. It is right in the Lakad Ganj area, very close to the Lakadganj Garden. Working out of an apartment is a bit different than having a shop on the street, but it stays a bit quieter up here on the fifth floor. We have our computers set up and a few chairs for visitors who come by to talk about their trip plans. Being near the garden is nice because we can see the trees from the window when we take a break from the screens. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to hotels or checking on car rentals for people. Sometimes it feels like all we do is look at maps and calendars all day long. It's just a few of us here making sure the bookings go through and that the itineraries make sense. We don't have any big signs outside, so people usually just know us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. It's a comfortable enough space, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through. Lakad Ganj is a busy part of Nagpur, so getting here can take a minute if traffic is heavy on Bhandra Road. We just keep doing our thing, one booking at a time, making sure the travel dates and names are right.
