Hari Har Kirana

Hari Har Kirana is tucked away in the Manewada Old Basti area, right off Besa Road and Manewada Road in Nagpur. This is an old part of the neighborhood and we’ve been serving the local families here for quite a while. Our shop is a traditional kirana store, so we stock all the staples like rice, dal, flour, and spices. It’s the kind of place where you can buy things by weight or just grab a packet of something. The building is older, but it serves us well. We know almost everyone who walks through the door by name. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when people are coming home from work and realize they forgot something for dinner. We don't have any fancy technology here, just a simple counter and our ledgers. The air usually smells like spices and tea. We spend our days filling bags and helping people carry things to their scooters. It is hard work sometimes, especially when the weather is hot, but we enjoy being part of the Old Basti community. If you need something for your kitchen, we are usually around. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth from the neighbors is how most people find us. It’s just a plain, honest shop for the people living nearby. We appreciate the loyalty of our customers over the years. It means a lot to a small place like ours. We just keep going.
