Gruhbazar

We are located at Plot No. 92 in Lokshani Colony, tucked away in J Bhawani Nagar. This isn't one of those big malls you see in the city center. It’s a quieter spot where mostly the people living in the colony stop by. We opened Gruhbazar because this part of the neighborhood needed a place close by where you didn’t have to drive forever just for basic things. The shelves are mostly filled with stuff for the house. My hands are usually busy restocking or checking what’s running low. It gets a little cramped inside when more than three or four people are browsing at once, but nobody seems to mind much. We talk about the weather or how the road construction is going while I’m bagging things up. Some days are slow and I just sit by the door watching the street, and other times everyone comes in at once right before dinner. The lighting is a bit yellow and the floor has a few scuffs from moving crates around, but it feels like home to us. We don’t have any fancy signs or big displays. It’s just a regular shop in a regular residential area. We try to remember what the neighbors like so we have it ready on the shelves. It’s hard work sometimes, staying on your feet all day, but it’s what we do to keep things moving.
