Groundrooters Agrotronics Private Limited is based out of H. No. 1846 in the Godhani Rly area of Nagpur. Being near the railway station means there’s always a bit of noise and movement, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We focus on agrotronics, which is just a fancy way of saying we use electronics to help with farming. But we don't treat it like some high-tech lab. Our workspace is more like a workshop where we tinker with things until they work right for the local conditions in Maharashtra. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so we usually start our days early before the sun gets too high. It’s a small operation, and we don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working on some equipment. We started this because we liked the idea of making farming a bit more efficient with whatever tools we had. We don't make big promises, we just try to provide stuff that doesn't break down the first time you use it. Sometimes the parts are hard to find, and we have to get creative with what we have on hand. That’s just part of the job. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We just want to keep doing our work in Godhani and help the farmers who live nearby get their machines running smoothly for the next season.
