Grain Craft Industries Private Limited

Started at Plot No. 214 in Kamptee. Nagpur is hot, especially in the afternoons. Grain Craft Industries is just us here. We spend a lot of time moving things around the plot. Vgkapsi (Bu) isn't a big place. Most people know each other. The office isn't much to look at, just desks and some chairs and a lot of paperwork regarding the grains. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out. It's a living. We've been at this for a while now. My brother helps with the logistics. We have a couple of guys who come in early to start the machines. It gets dusty. You can't really avoid the dust when you're working with this kind of stuff. We try to keep the place tidy but it's a constant battle. The road to the plot is a bit bumpy. Usually, we just have tea and talk about the day’s work. There’s no big strategy, just getting the orders out on time. Nagpur-441104 is home. Maharashtra has its own pace. We aren't trying to change the world or anything. We just want to make sure the grain is processed and sent where it needs to go. Sometimes the trucks are late, and that throws everything off. You just deal with it as it comes. It's better than sitting in a fancy high-rise I think. We like being close to the ground here. It keeps things real.
