You can find us over at 154/b H. B. Estate in Sonegaon. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We have a decent amount of space in this unit to keep our records and handle the daily tasks that come with being an import-export business. Usually, the morning starts with checking the mail and seeing what needs to be handled first. We have a small team here, just a few people who have known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a big corporate office. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. The office gets a lot of natural light during the day, which is nice because it keeps the place feeling bright. We spend a lot of time on the logistics side of things, making sure that everything is moving according to the schedule. It doesn't always go perfectly, things get delayed or paperwork gets stuck, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us pretty well by now. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on our own work and try to stay out of the way of everyone else. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes sit for a few minutes if the weather is nice. It is a simple life.
