Ghar Pariwar

If you head down to Naka No. 5 at Kotwali Chowk, you'll find us. We're right near the old National Cinema, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Ghar Pariwar is situated right in the thick of things. The streets are always loud with rickshaws and people shouting. It’s a very busy part of town. We spend our days dealing with whatever comes through the door. The building is old and has its quirks, like the windows that don't always shut right. Being near the cinema means there’s always a crowd on the weekends. Sometimes it’s hard to even get through the front door because of all the people hanging around. We’ve been here long enough that the local vendors all know our names. We don’t have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical space where we keep things organized. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to get to it. We keep the fans running all day to deal with the heat. It gets dusty from all the traffic at the chowk. We just try to keep things running smooth for everyone who stops by. It’s a community vibe here. You see the same faces every day and you learn their stories. We just do our part in this little corner of the city and go home tired.
