Down here in the MIDC area on Hingna Road, it gets pretty dusty and hot, especially in the summer months. Our facility at N-24 is right in the thick of things. Utkarsh Packers Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for years, and we’ve seen the neighbors change quite a bit. The road is always busy with trailers and lorries, which makes sense for a place like this. Inside our building, it’s mostly just space for packing and moving stuff. We don't have a lot of fancy office furniture; it's more about the work tables and the storage areas. The floor is concrete and shows a lot of wear from the heavy pallets being moved around. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. There’s no micromanagement here because we’ve all been doing this for so long. We eat our lunch together in the small break area, usually talking about the news or the cricket score. It's a straightforward environment. We don't put on any acts for anyone. If you come by, you'll see us in our work clothes, probably covered in a bit of dust. We just try to get the packing done right so things don't break on the way to wherever they are going. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening. There's a lot of noise from the factory next door, but we don't really notice it anymore.
