Gautam Meshram & Associates. Our office is located at 12/1 192 in Nandanvan Colony. We’ve been in this part of Nagpur for a long time. Nandanvan is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always something going on outside. We are a small team of associates working on different projects. We don't have a big corporate banner or a fancy website. Most of our work is through word of mouth. The office is just a regular place where we keep our files and drafting tools. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a set of plans that need to be submitted. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the work. The building we are in is quite old, but it’s sturdy. We like being in Nandanvan because it’s close to everything we need. Most of our clients are people from around here who are building their first home or fixing up an old shop. We sit down with them and talk through the details. It’s a practical way of working. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just explain what needs to be done and how much it might cost. It’s honest work and we try to do it as best as we can without any fuss. Usually, you’ll find us there with maps spread out over the tables and a half-finished cup of tea nearby.
