Galaxy Computers

You can find us at No. 45 in the Golden Plaza. It is right across from the City Center in Panchbatti, so it is a pretty easy spot to find if you are in the area. We’ve been working with computers for quite a while now. Most days, the shop is full of monitors and open towers. We handle repairs, parts, and sometimes just helping someone figure out why their laptop won't turn on. It gets dusty with all the fans blowing, but that is just part of the job. We aren't a big chain store. It is just a local shop where we know how to handle the hardware. Sometimes it is a quick fix, other times we have to wait a few days for a part to come in. We try to be honest about how long things take. Panchbatti is a lively place, and being near City Center means there is always people walking by. We don't do much advertising. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or work in the plaza. We like it that way. If someone needs a new mouse or a hard drive, they just drop in. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. We just explain what is broken and what it takes to fix it. Galaxy Computers is just a regular shop doing regular tech work for the folks around here. We just keep plugging away at the repairs day after day.
