We are up on the second floor of the Vishnu Complex on C A Road. It’s right across from Rahate Hospital in Juni Mangalwari. Being here in Nagpur for a while now, we just spend our days handling all the different travel details for people who walk in. The office is a bit busy sometimes with the phone ringing and people asking about tickets or where to go for their holidays. We’ve got a few desks and some chairs where you can sit while we look things up on the computer. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we do our work. Most of the time we are busy with train bookings or checking flight prices for families around here. The stairs to the second floor can be a bit much if you’re not used to them, but it’s easy to find us once you’re in the building. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s just how it goes when you’ve been running a shop like this for years. People from the neighborhood know us and usually just stop by to say hello or ask a quick question about a bus route. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us here, answering calls and making sure people get where they need to be. The view of C A Road from the window is quite something during the evening rush hour.
