We operate out of Kapsi, which is in the Mauda area of Nagpur. Our base is at Sharadkumar Roopnarayan Jain's place. It's a pretty quiet area, mostly surrounded by open fields and local houses. We aren't a big outfit, just a small partnership focused on the agricultural scene around here. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we usually start our work very early before the sun gets too high. We deal with local produce and help get things to the market for the growers. It’s not a glamorous job at all. There’s a lot of checking on truck loads and making sure the quality of the grain is okay. We keep our paperwork in order at the house, but most of the real work happens outside in the yard. We've lived in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people bringing in their harvest. It’s a community thing as much as it is a business for us. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just talk to people face to face like normal neighbors. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather ruins a batch, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just the nature of farming life. We keep moving forward and try to do right by the people we work with every day.
