Digital Revolution Factor

Our company is called Digital Revolution Factor and we operate out of Nagpur in Maharashtra. Nagpur is where we all live and where we started this whole thing. It is a big city but it still feels like a community in a lot of ways. We do digital work, which means we spend a whole lot of time sitting at our desks and staring at computer monitors. Some days we barely go outside. The name of the business sounds quite grand, but we are just a normal group of people working out of a regular office. We don't have fancy meetings or big presentations. We just talk to each other and try to figure out the best way to solve the problems we are working on. The heat in Maharashtra can be pretty intense during the summer months, so we are thankful for the fans in the office. We aren't trying to be some global tech giant. We just want to do our work here in Nagpur. Most of us have been here our whole lives. We don't use much marketing speak because that's not really who we are. We just take on digital tasks and do the best we can with them. It’s a decent way to make a living and we get to stay in our hometown. We don't have a lot of rules, we just show up and work.
