Shadow Shots Photography

Shadow Shots Photography is just us working out of Dharampeth. It’s a busy part of town and we spend most of our time here. Sometimes the light in the studio is exactly what we need but other times we are out on the street for hours. We started this because we liked taking pictures and eventually it just turned into a job. People come in with different ideas and we just try to make them work without overthinking it. Dharampeth has its own rhythm and we fit in where we can among the other shops. It’s not always easy keeping up with the gear or the editing but we stay at it day after day. There is a lot of sitting around waiting for the right moment then a lot of rushing to get the shot. We don't have a fancy lobby or any polished corporate stuff. Just a space with some backdrops and lights where we do the work. Most days it’s quiet until a client shows up. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us by name. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks when things get too hectic. Photography is just what we do to get by and it keeps us busy enough. We don't try to overcomplicate things. If someone needs a photo, they find us here. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep the cameras ready and the batteries charged. That is pretty much the whole story.
