You can find us in Smruti Nagar, over in Dattawadi. We are tucked away behind Dasharath Estate, so it can be a little tricky for new people to spot us the first time. Nagpur It Services is really just a small setup where we handle whatever tech problems come through the door. It might be a laptop that won't turn on or some networking issues that a local business is having. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and untangling cables under desks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the neighborhood running. The office is pretty basic, just a few desks and a lot of spare parts lying around. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have three or four big desktop towers open at once. We like being in this part of town because it’s quiet compared to the main city center. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a break. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting things that should work but don't for some reason. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from a neighbor or someone else in the estate who we helped out before. We just try to fix what’s broken and move on to the next thing on the list for the day.
