Chai Villa Private Limited

We are located in Building No. B2/5 within the Nirmal Nagari complex on Umred Road. It’s a busy part of Nagpur, especially with the Shitla Mata temple being so close by. We spend a lot of our time dealing with everything related to tea. Our space always smells a bit like dried leaves and spices, which isn't a bad way to spend your workday. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of locations; we are just here in this one spot trying to do things right. The office is a bit cluttered with bags of different blends and a few kettles that are always on the go. We don't go in for fancy branding or polished advertisements. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a friend. The Umred Road traffic can be a bit much in the evenings, but it brings a lot of life to the area. We have a small desk for the accounts and a lot of shelf space for our inventory. It’s a very hands-on business. We spend a lot of time tasting different batches and making sure the bags are sealed properly. It’s just a few of us working together, trying to keep the business steady. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the tea moving and make sure our bills are paid at the end of the month. It keeps us quite busy.
