Our place is in Mankapur, Nagpur, specifically across from Alexis Hospital on Chhindwada Road. We share the space near where Tajus Sayyed Inamdar is, not far from the Tata Motors area. It’s a bit of a specific location to find, but once you’re on the main road, it’s not too bad. Capsvx is basically just us doing our daily tasks in a small office. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure our fans and cooling work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a small group of people who wanted to run a business. We handle a variety of things depending on what comes through the door. The area around Mankapur is developing fast, so there’s always construction noise or new shops opening up. We don't have a fancy marketing team or a sleek website. We just do the work that needs doing. We’ve lived in Nagpur for a long time, so setting up here felt right. It’s a practical location for us. We don't have any complicated rules or a dress code. Usually, we are just in shirts and jeans, working through our lists. It’s a bit messy sometimes with papers and cables everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a real office for real work, nothing more than that.
