We deal with the engineering side of soil and earth. Nagpur is a great place to be because it’s right in the center of things. Our office is in a housing society, so it’s got a very local, friendly feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some big industrial park. We like being part of the neighborhood. The work we do is pretty technical, involving a lot of ground surveys and data analysis. We spend plenty of time in the sun on-site, but Plot 32 is where we come back to do the paperwork. We’ve been here for a good while. The team is small and we all know each other well. We aren't into big corporate speeches or missions. We just want to do the engineering right and move on to the next task. It’s a simple way of working that has served us well. If you come by Ranapratap Nagar, you’ll see we keep a modest office.
