Aia Engineering Ltd. is located at No. L-3 in the MIDC Industrial Area. Since we’re in an industrial zone, the surroundings are mostly other warehouses and factories. It’s a busy place with trucks coming and going at all hours. We’ve been based here for a long time, and we’re used to the hum of the machines and the general hustle of the area. Our building at L-3 is pretty straightforward. It’s a functional space designed for work, not for showing off. We don’t have a lobby with fancy chairs or a water fountain. We have our workspace, some storage, and a small area for the paperwork. It’s a practical setup that lets us focus on what we’re supposed to be doing. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by people who understand hard work. We don’t spend much time talking about values or visions. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get blocked, but that’s just life in an industrial park. We take it as it comes. Aia Engineering Ltd. isn't a complicated outfit. We’re just a group of people working in a big shed, trying to make things right. It might be noisy and a bit greasy at times, but it’s where we belong. We keep things moving and don’t make a big deal out of it. That is just our daily reality.
