Our facility for Bombay Well Print Inks (P) Ltd. is located at Door No. C-93/2 in the MIDC area of Hingna, Nagpur. Being in an industrial area means the surroundings are mostly concrete, big trucks, and other factories. It’s a very practical environment. There’s nothing fancy about our building. It’s a large space with high ceilings and heavy doors. The smell of ink is the first thing you notice when you walk in, and it stays on your clothes long after you leave for the day. We spend most of the day managing the production and making sure the drums are filled and moved to the right spots for shipping. Nagpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, and the tin roof doesn't help much, so we rely on big industrial fans to keep the air moving while we work. It’s a loud place with the sound of mixers and machinery going constantly. We don't have a plush office or a carpeted reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just talk to us on the shop floor while we work. The roads in Hingna are often under repair or dusty from the heavy traffic, so the exterior of the building always looks a bit grey and worn. We’ve been at this C-93/2 location for years now. It’s where the work happens, and we don't worry much about how it looks to outsiders. It’s just a factory doing what it does every day in the heart of the MIDC.
