Binge Artisan Handcrafted Chocolate Llp is tucked away at Plot No. 103/A in Shrikrishna Villa. We are over in Quetta Colony. It’s a bit of a quieter neighborhood, which is nice for making chocolate. We call it "artisan" because we actually make the chocolates by hand. It’s not a big factory with conveyor belts. It’s more like a large kitchen and a small office space. We spend a lot of time experimenting with different cocoa and flavors. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out quite right, so we start over. It’s a lot of trial and error. The villa is a comfortable place to work. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. We have chocolate molds everywhere and the smell of cocoa is always in the air. We don’t have a big marketing department or polished brochures. We just rely on the fact that people like good chocolate. Quetta Colony is a nice part of town, and being at Plot 103/A gives us enough space to do what we need. We are just a small group of people who really like chocolate and decided to make a business out of it. We keep things simple and focus on the craft. It’s hard work, especially keeping the temperature just right so the chocolate stays perfect, but we enjoy the process. It’s just us doing our thing in our own little corner and we are happy with that result at the end of the day.
