Baljeet Co.

Baljeet Co. is located near the FCI Godown on Gondia Road in Kosmi. Having the godown so close by means there is a constant flow of trucks and workers around our place. It is a dusty area, especially when the wind picks up, but that is the reality of working near a major storage point. We have been here for a long time and the building has become a second home to many of us. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves and the work is mostly manual. It is about getting things from one place to another and making sure the counts are right. We do not have a website or a social media person to tell people what we do. If you need us, you just come down to Gondia Road and find the office near the godown. The interior is simple with old wooden desks and stacks of ledgers. We prefer it that way. It is a no-nonsense environment where we focus on the trade. Kosmi is a hardworking area and we fit right in with the other businesses around here. Sometimes the hours are long, especially during the harvest seasons when everyone is moving grain. We just keep going until the work is finished and the gates are locked for the night. It is honest, steady work that keeps us all busy.
