We are located on the fifth floor of the SAS Business Center. It is that big building on Wardha Road, right above the Big Bazar. Being in Ramdas Peth means we are in a very active part of Nagpur. You have to take the elevator up to the fifth floor to find our office. The space is a bit more modern than some other offices because of the building, but we keep it pretty casual inside. We spend a lot of time looking at travel deals and talking to people about where they want to go. It is mostly computer work and long phone calls throughout the day. Sometimes the building lobby gets very crowded with shoppers, but our floor is usually a bit quieter. We are not a huge team, just a few of us sitting around our desks. We handle everything from flight bookings to local holiday packages. We do not use any fancy scripts or marketing talk when we speak to customers. We just tell them what is available and what the cost will be. It is a straightforward way of doing things that seems to work for us. The view from the fifth floor is alright, and you can see a lot of the city rooftops from here. Most of our clients are people who live in the neighborhood or shop downstairs. We just focus on doing our job.
