Ataheda Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of Karjoda. We operate from the place of Dinesh Bherusingh Choudhary. It’s a pretty typical setup for a local company like ours. We don't have a big sign or a fancy glass building. It’s more of a home-based operation where we handle all the farm producer details. We work closely with the folks around here in Karjoda. Farming is what keeps this area going, so we stay pretty busy with that. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but Dinesh keeps us on track. We like to keep things simple. No need for big words or complicated processes. People just come by when they need to talk about their produce or the collective business. It’s a bit dusty around here sometimes, especially when the trucks are moving, but we don’t mind. It’s just the way things are in a rural spot. We’ve been doing this for some time now and have gotten to know most of the families nearby. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We don’t really do advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about what we’re doing here. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the land. We usually have some tea ready if you stop by in the afternoon. That is just how we like to welcome folks who visit.
