Arovan Web Private Limited is out in Nagpur, specifically at Plot No 71 in Konark Colony. We are right near the Bank of India branch in Besa. Nagpur is known for its heat, and our office is no exception when the summer hits. We keep the AC running and just get on with the work. The colony is a nice enough place, mostly quiet compared to the main market areas. Being near a bank is actually quite handy for errands. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms with desks pushed against the walls and wires running everywhere for the internet. It’s a web company, so we’re always tied to our screens. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anyone to open the door for you. You just walk in and see us working. We don't talk much about "visions" or "aims." We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built today. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. Besa is a growing area, so there’s always some construction noise nearby. We’ve grown used to it over the months. It’s just a normal, honest day’s work for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just provide our web services from this small office in Nagpur and try to do a decent job of it.
