Swarna Traders

Swarna Traders is located at Kala No. 10 in the APMC Market at Kalamana. Anyone who has spent time in the Kalamana market knows it is a massive place that never seems to go quiet. Our spot is at Gala number ten, and it serves as both our office and our small storage area. It is a very basic setup. We have some scales, a few benches, and a lot of sacks piled up. The air is always full of the smell of grain and the sound of trucks reversing. We spend our days counting inventory and making sure the loading is done correctly. It is physical work and can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is humid. We are just a few people working here, and we have been doing this for a long time. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just a big notebook and a pen. When the market gets really busy, it can be hard to hear yourself think over the noise of the auctions and the laborers. We know the other traders nearby, and we often share a cup of tea while talking about the day's prices. We don't have a website or a big promotional budget. We just open our shutters early every morning and stay until the work is finished. It is a tough life in the market, but it is what we know.
