We have been here at Rajat Plaza for quite some time now. Most people know the building on Ghat Road, it is a busy spot with lots of vehicles moving up and down all day long. Our office at number 66 is usually filled with papers and the sound of the ceiling fan. It is not a fancy place but we get the work done. People come in to talk about their requirements and we sit down with some tea to figure things out. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear but we are used to the noise by now. We started small and just kept going as the years passed by. There is no big secret to how we work, we just show up every morning and look at what needs to be finished. The area around here has changed a lot since we first arrived. New shops come and go but we stay in our little corner. It is a practical space for us because it is easy for people to find once they are on Ghat Road. Most of our day is spent looking at documents or talking on the phone. We don't have a big team of people in suits, just a few of us who know how things work in Nagpur. It feels like home after so many years of being in the same plaza. We just try to be honest with the people who walk through our door and do the task at hand without making a big fuss about it.
