This office for Ambuja Cement is located at 30 6 in Priyadarshini Colony, right in the Civil Lines area of Nagpur. Since we are in the 440001 zone, we’re fairly central, which makes it easier for people to reach us from different parts of the city. Civil Lines is a bit quieter and greener than the industrial zones, but we still keep busy with the cement trade every day. We don't have a lot of flashy posters or big advertisements outside. It’s just a standard office where we handle the business side of things. Most of the day involves checking shipments and making sure the builders in the area have what they need to keep their projects moving. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger work. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now, and we like the neighborhood. It has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We’re just a bunch of people working for a cement company, doing our part to keep the local construction industry supplied. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones act up, but we just deal with it and keep going. We don't use any marketing fluff.
