Alankar General

Alankar General is sitting right at Ranidurga Wati Choke in the Vaishali Nagar area of Nagpur. We are in shop number 2, just beside the square. It’s a busy spot with plenty of people moving around all day long. We sell a bit of everything here, which is why we call it a general store. You can find stationery, small gifts, household items, and some basic groceries on our shelves. The shop is quite modest, just a few counters and racks filled with whatever we think the locals might need. We have been here for a good amount of time, and most of our customers are people who live in the surrounding streets. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic at the choke, but we are used to it by now. We don’t do any advertising; people just know we are here if they need a notebook or some soap in a hurry. My brothers and I take care of the place, usually one of us is sitting out front while the others are moving stock in the back. It’s not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy and connected to the people in Nagpur. We try to keep our prices fair so that everyone can afford what they need. If you're near the square, you can't really miss us. It’s just a standard neighborhood shop for everyday stuff.
