Ajay Subhas Verma

This is the place where I run things from, right at House Number 173 in Queta Colony. It's in the Wardhaman area of Nagpur. If you are walking around here, you will probably see the Shitala Mata Mandir nearby. That's the main landmark people use to find my spot. It is a pretty traditional neighborhood with houses close together and kids playing in the lanes. I spend most of my time here dealing with the day-to-day work. It isn't a big commercial office or anything like that, just a room set up for business. The temple nearby means there is always a bit of a crowd and some activity, especially during festivals or on specific days when people come to pray. Nagpur gets really hot in the summer, so the shade from the old trees in the colony is a relief. I have lived and worked in this area for a long time now. It feels like home because everyone knows each other. You can hear the temple bells sometimes while I am working on papers. It's a simple life here in Wardhaman. I don't really go for anything fancy. The walls are a bit old and the street can get narrow, but it works for what I do. People just drop by when they need something, and we sit and talk. It’s a very local way of doing things, nothing like the big offices you see in the city. I find that being near the temple brings a sense of peace to the workday.
