We are based in Block No 14 of Buty Chambers, which is on Buty Road in the Sitabuldi area. Our place is right at Rani Jhansi Square, which is probably one of the busiest intersections in all of Nagpur. You can hear the traffic and the whistles of the traffic police all day long from our windows. The office is inside an old commercial block that has been around for decades. The walls are thick, and the hallways have that specific old-building smell of stone and dust. Abhishek Tours And Travels is the name on the board, but we are just a small team working in this room. We have some wooden cabinets for all our records and a few chairs for visitors to sit on. The square outside is a landmark for everyone, so we often tell people to just head for the Rani Jhansi statue if they get lost. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to take a break and watch the chaos of the city below. The work we do is mostly about managing schedules and talking to clients on the phone. We don't have a lot of modern decor; it's mostly just functional stuff we have gathered over the years. In the winter, it’s quite pleasant, but during the summer, we rely heavily on the ceiling fans. We close up around eight in the evening once the traffic starts to thin out a little bit.
