Abhiroopa Creations

You’ll find Abhiroopa Creations up on the mezzanine floor of the J.B. Wing in Mangalwari Complex. Being in Sadar means it’s always hectic downstairs, but it’s a little quieter once you get up to shop number ten. We have been in this complex for a good stretch of time. The mezzanine level is a bit of an odd space, not quite the first floor but not the ground either. It works for us because we don't need a huge storefront. We have our regulars who know exactly where to go. The space is mostly filled with our work tables and the stuff we use for our creations. We don’t spend much on decorating the place; we’d rather just have the room to move around. Sometimes the lights in the hallway flicker a bit, but that’s just the building. We start early and usually stay until the complex starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s a practical way to run a business. We see a lot of people coming through for different things in Sadar, and some of them end up finding their way up the stairs to see us. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life and we’re used to the rhythm of the complex. Just a regular workplace in the middle of Sadar.
