SEEKER DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based in Deh, which is a small town in the Nagaur district. If you’ve ever been to Nagaur, it’s a place that feels very grounded and traditional. We operate out of a modest space right in Deh. Most of our work involves looking at land and figuring out how to make it better for people to use. It’s a lot of walking around in fields and talking to local landowners. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us, some notebooks, and our phones. The weather here can be really tough, with very hot summers and cold winters, so we have to plan our work around that. Sometimes the paperwork at the local offices takes forever, and we spend a lot of time just waiting and drinking tea in various government buildings. It’s just part of the job. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Rajasthan; we just want to do okay for ourselves and our families. People in Nagaur value honesty, so we try to be as straightforward as we can about what we can actually do. If a project is going to take six months, we tell them it will take six months. There’s no point in lying just to get a contract. We’ve been here for a while and we plan to stay.
