Shri Ranabai Group

Shri Ranabai Group operates out of Ragaro Bichalamohala in the Riyanbari area. We are a local group that handles various bits of business around this part of town. It is not a corporate setup with a lot of hierarchy. It is more about a few of us getting together and making sure the work gets done. Riyanbari is the kind of place where your reputation depends on how you treat your neighbors, so we try to be honest and direct with everyone. Our office is a simple room where we meet up to plan our day and handle whatever paperwork comes our way. We have been part of the community here for a long time and we know the streets and the people well. Sometimes the work is slow and other times we are running around from morning until night. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Most of our days are spent talking to local people and figuring out how to keep things moving forward. It is a humble operation, but it keeps us busy and involved with what is happening in the neighborhood. We like being based in Ragaro Bichalamohala because it is right in the heart of things.
